    8 ounces chorizo, 12 giant eggs, ½ teaspoon taco seasoning, 1 cup chihuahua cheese

  • In the meantime, mix tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice to make pico de gallo. Add a spoonful to every tortilla to serve.

    ½ cup tomato, ½ cup white onion, 1 tablespoon recent cilantro, 1 tablespoon jalapeño, 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Spray muffin tin rather well with nonstick cooking spray. 
  • Heat the tortillas within the microwave (place a stack inside a moist paper towel).
